J.P Mortgage – I robbed a Bank.

My sister once told me that J. P. Morgan was one of my spiritual

advisors. In one of our recent phone calls. She told me to look him up

onthe internet. She also told me that I was not finished here yet and

Iwill change the mortgage business one more time, and that is why I

amhere.

So, I looked him up, and saw what a great man he was.

Lately I have been thinking about opening up another mortgage

company. After I read a little about him Ihad a though, or was it a message. “J.P. MORTGAGE” !

I then decided to see if the name was available in Illinois.When I checked it I saw there was a

corporation in Illinois named “J.P. Mortgage”. It was dissolved in 2008. I tried to call him on the

telephone, but the phone was disconnected. Was I his replacement? Time will tell.

But The Mortgage Business Was Getting Harder

I haven’t been keeping up with this book because I am tired of trying to go forward with what Ithought

my destiny was but I guess I was wrong. I currently feel that I failed school and I might haveto come

back and take it again.

I will bring you up to date.

One day I got a call from one of my ex-loan officers named Eddie Haro. I trained him way back in 1997

Eddie was a loan officer and was also recruiting Loan Officer for a company named “FORUM” Mortgage.

Well he recruited me and I started being a loan officer again. I wrote a few loans but it was very

difficult for me to physically get to their office so I decided to apply for a job at a place called Mega

Mortgage because they were only four blocks from my house so I could walk to work.

So I started walking to work every day and I seemed to wind up doing his Commercial Loans. One

day I was on the office phone talking to my sister, because I was waiting for a call on my cell phone

and the owner of the company heard me and got mad that I costing him money and to punish me

he sent me home for the day. I decided not to ever go back. So What do I do now and it starts all

over again !

I Started Working For American Financial Network

They did not pay us much commission so one of my associates left the company and went to work

for a companycalled “DMI Financial. Their had a higher commission rate so I had no choice.

More Mortgage Adventures.

I Sold DMI Financial
I sold DMI Financial To my Ex Partner and one of his Business Associates. They owned a small

Publicly Traded Company, but it was new, and they had no assets, so their stockhad no value.

They were going to give James stock in the new Company and use DMI financial to increase

theCompany’s stocks valueso they would all make money from the sale of the stock.

.

I knew that they were going to lower the Commission for all the LOs and then they all would

be unhappy andLeave DMI financial, so I had to open a new Mortgage company just in case.

James could not because he had to signa noncompete clause. So In case that happened I opened

up a new Mortgage Company. Direct Mortgage Investors.

The Deal never went through so James decided to use the new company and transferred all the

LOs there and startedall over because he decided to go Public himself with the new company and

not have any corporate liabilities with theCompany that they sold DMI Financial to.

So Direct Mortgage Investors was started.
I Robed A Bank
I Did a large Commercial Loan, 1,4oo,000.00 from which I made $28,000.00. It was through a

LocalBank, I had a contract that He would pay me directly, but not on the HUD I, so at the closing

he gave mea Personal check for 28,000.00.

The next day I went to his bank to get the money but the check was no good. I got very angry and

threaten the Teller so they called the Police.I then went outside and waited for them.

.

Then they came I surrounded by three police cars and they all got out with their guns drawn. I was

standing there with my hands up hopping that they would not shoot me. I then told them what

happened,they confirmed it with the Banker and thank God the let me go.
